Following a vote of the 5 BCFC executive members and 6 team Presidents Dino Bernardo has been acclaimed as a director at large of the BCFC. Bernardo had served as the President of the Kamloops Broncos the past 12 years until resigning from the position last month.

Bernardo will be working with the conference mainly in the areas of marketing, sponsorships and schedule, the latter a role he has handled in the past while President of the Broncos.

BCFC President Tyler Mclaren on the addition of Bernardo to the BCFC board;

“Adding someone with Dino’s knowledge and passion for junior football is huge for the conference. Our executive and teams are excited to have Dino on board as he fits our culture and adds a wealth of experience. We are all looking forward to 2019 with Dino playing an important role.”

The annual general meeting of the British Columbia Football Conference will be held March 9th.  More details to follow.
