#6

Nicholas Dheilly

Week 2

The Okanagan Sun felt they had secured potentially the best defensive player in the country when they signed university transfer Nicholas Dheilly (Regina Rams) last spring. The former Canada West rookie of the year dominated from his defensive end position for the Rams and did the same early on for the Sun in 2018.

His best effort was in week 2 when he registered an eye popping 4 sacks to go along with 3 tackles as the Sun tied the Westshore Rebels 18 apiece on an island road trip.  Dheilly only played two more games for the Sun the rest of the way, leaving the club wondering what might have been. But on this day, he made life miserable for the Rebels passer.
