Who is in the lead after Week 2 in the BCFC?

BCFC Football Fans,

After 2 weeks in the BC Football Conference we have a 3 way tie for first place at 2 & 0 between the Langley Rams, Okanagan Sun and the Westshore Rebels.

While the Langley Rams were the consensus picks by the local media for their two games, the other two clubs were not clear favourites going into all of their match ups.

Week 1 found the Westshore Rebels favoured to come out on top versus the Valley Huskers but there were thoughts from many that this game could go either way and early on it looked like the Huskers were going to take that decision. But as with both of the Rebels victories this season, they were outscored early and eventually fought hard to make comebacks and take both W's.

The Sun was favoured heavily to take the Broncos down in week 1 up at the Apple Bowl in Kelowna but the score made the game seem closer than expected. In week 2 the Sun travelled south to face the Huskers who'd lost to the Rebels late but were now seen to be equally as likely to win. The game didn't have a great deal of scoring as both clubs went back and forth keeping their Special Teams busy, with the Sun eventually coming out 21-16.

Going into this week's games we see the Rebels head to Kelowna to face the Sun where one will likely come out undefeated.

How will the Rams fair versus the Valley Huskers?
