Dominic Abassi, a name synonymous with the British Columbia Football Conference is back with the BCFC! 

Dom will be handling weekly player and coaches’ interviews for the conference as well as the VI Raiders play by play duties.

Dom stepped in to handle conference play by play of Westshore Rebels play-off games last season and those three games were enough to get his junior football blood flowing again.

"I'm all about media as that's my business and I love sports.  But junior football and the BCFC is special to me. I knew I missed it but being back at games and seeing the excitement around the game was exciting for me last season.

"I did those games in Westshore for the Rebels and saw how far that organization has come on and off the field. It's amazing how junior football is growing and I definitely am excited to be back and do my part to help its growth."

Dom played for the Rebels and Raiders clubs from 2003 through 2006 and later handled play by play for the Raiders online game streams from 2008-2014. In fact, Dom pioneered the concept in the conference.
