Dino Bernardo is wondering if the football gods have it out for him this season, but he certainly isn’t questioning fans of the Kamloops Broncos.

“The attendance this year was good, considering how bad the weather was,” the Broncos’ president said. “Three of our four home games have had weather issues and we usually still got 400 or 500 people out.”

What bothers Bernardo is what could have been, with the Broncos having put extra effort into promotions this season, including appreciation nights for first responders and City of Kamloops staff.
